Enforcement of DHAC bye-laws is prime responsibility of SECURITY & VIGILANCE but despite observing violation and issuing several notices / demolish orders, not much happens on ground?

In order to conform to legal demand, SECURITY & VIGILANCE Dte endeavors to ensure presence of magistrate at demolish site. Through CBC, who has the availability of magistrate for only 4x days in a month; out of which the magistrate is made available for a day or two (at best) to DHAC. This enforces delay in execution of demolish orders.
