- If owner wants to deviate from the approved building plan during the construction of the building then he must have to take deviations approval else he is penalized.
| Procedures |

- Application is submitted with the required documents.
- The application is forwarded to TP&BC Dte at DHAC.
- TP&BC Dte conducts the site survey as well as scrutiny of the case.
- No objections are found during the site survey.
- The Minute Sheet is initiated.
- The case is forwarded to Additional Director (BP) for approval.
- In the case of residential property, permission is simply issued.
- For commercial property, a penalty is issued after approval from AD (BP).
- Permission is issued after the payment of the penalty.
- The case is closed.
