1. It is a matter of deep satisfaction and pride to assume the stewardship of DHA City Karachi, a project conceived with a futuristic vision to provide a sustainable, secure, and high-quality living environment on the outskirts of Karachi. Over the years, successive administrators and dedicated teams have worked tirelessly to transform this once-remote development into a promising urban reality. I particularly acknowledge the pioneering contributions of Brig Sohail Imtiaz (Retd), the first Administrator of DHAC, whose leadership laid the foundation for the rejuvenation of this long-stalled project.
2. As we move forward, our foremost objective is to translate the concept of “planned development” into a truly livable city — a place where families choose to reside, businesses find opportunity, and nature coexists harmoniously with modern infrastructure. The next five years will focus on consolidating core infrastructure, activating residential and commercial life, ensuring dependable utilities, and fostering a clean, green, and smart environment.

Every directorate has a defined role in realizing the livability vision — from engineering and utilities to security, environment, and community development.
